This Privacy Policy explains how Next Gen Welder LLC (“Next Gen Welder,” “NGW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with nextgenwelder.com (the “Site”).

1. Information the Site currently handles

When you join the waiting list, we collect and store your name, email address, signup time, and your agreement to receive NGW product and launch updates.

If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, and any attachments. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and security logs.

2. How information is used

We use waiting list information to manage signups and provide the product and launch updates you requested. We may use information received directly from you to respond to your message, provide requested information, maintain our records, protect the Site, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and analytics

Next Gen Welder does not currently use advertising cookies or a company-operated analytics service on this Site. Essential technologies or logs may be used by our hosting and infrastructure providers to operate, secure, and diagnose the Site.

4. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that support Site hosting, security, communications, or legal compliance, subject to appropriate obligations. The Site links to Discord and may later link to other social platforms. When you follow an external link, that service’s privacy practices and terms apply. Next Gen Welder does not control those services.

We retain direct communications only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, our legitimate business needs, and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

You may leave the waiting list or ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent directly to us by emailing ashton@nextgenwelder.com. Rights may vary by location, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We may update this policy as the Site and our practices develop. The “Last updated” date will show when revisions take effect. We will update this policy before activating information collection or adding materially different data practices.
